Default Electronic fuel and temp gauges

I looked all through the manual to see how to have electronic gauges for fuel and temperature on my RT-S. Is there any way to do this despite the analog gauges?

Thanks for any info.

John

hi john - if you give the two cables away from the analogues - you get automatic the displays in your screen - must be both cables -
did it to install my GPS like here ..

Danke schoen Chris.

Guess there is no way of having analogue AND digital, eh? I don't think I'd like looking at dead gauges. Wonder why BRP crippled the digital output? It irks me when features exist but are locked out.

Lack of analog output must trigger the digital display. I wonder if there is a way to spoof the computer to believe a cable is not attached while still having operational gauges?

Danged engineers.

right - but the watertemperatur is not urgent (on the RT !) always in the middle also in hot italian rydes - so I will install a volt/ampere/ or another instrument instead of the fuel-meter .. I feel the place for the GPS is better
on this position ..
(I do have the kpl. electr. Diagramm from the RT - if you need it)
