Default Torquing panel screws

I'm used to maintaining mountain bikes. Every bolt/screw seems to have a prescribed torque value. I don't see kind of tightening torque numbers for anything but the oil plug in the owner's manual.

Does the shop manual have such things? If so, anyone know how much to torque body panel screws? I'm afraid of overtightening and cracking the plastic panels when tightening them down.

Thanks.

I don't know if there are actual torque specs for these or not... but I put them back on in about the same shape as I found them when trying to loosen them in the first place. Maybe because it's not a metal to metal situation they can't develop a spec for it???
