Found a pretty close approximation. Nice for a helmet, but wouldn't be a match for the actual paint. On my black matte HJC IS-MAX-BT I used Duplicolor blue metal specks as a base. Topped it with Duplicolor clear Effex, then a Duplicolor clear top coat. Color compliments the bike well. Though, if I had it to do over I'd use a darker blue without specks and get the flake effect by topping with the Effex paint.
