Are there any Spyder dealers out there that will install an aftermarket cruise control? I am thinking about getting an Audiovox cruise control but don't know if I can install it. I have a 2009 SM5.

I am interested in the same thing. did you ever hear back from anyone?
Most of the the Spyder dealers as a whole are "new" to road going vehicles (the usually are selling can-am four wheelers, Sea-Doo baots/personal watercraft and Ski-Doo snowmobiles) so sady they'll not likely be doing this sort of thing unless they are really gun-ho.......
Several Spyder Dealers handle a lot of other brands of cycles. I've been to a few dealers that I would call "Big-Box stores, they have a BIG selection of nearly all brands of bikes and four-wheelers. This is the type of Spyder dealer I'd be looking to do something like this.
More likely, it would be something a custom bike shop would do for you as usually there will be some fabbed thing-a-ma-jig they'll need to make to mount it and make it all fit in the space available.

One reply thought Cow Town in Cuba MO might do the install. I talked to them and they said no and they did not know of any other dealers that would.
Not sure how far it is but you may want to check Indy Cycle and Ski. They actually disconnected mine when I had a DPS problem due to a faulty install by my dealer in WV

As I sit here sitting on pins and needles awaiting my new 2010 RT I am wondering what will be my first after-market additions. I don't know about risers and foot rests (I don't know if they are available for the 2010 models) but I think the most important addition is a hand break. Does anyone (Spyderman) know if the hand break is available for the 2010's yet?
I've installed Audiovox CC's on Spyders. A dealer in Rochester, MN says they'll do it for $350-$400; I'd do it for $325, tho prefer to wait for warmer weather. Down side for you is I am in Minneapolis.
