Those look like the GIVI. I just installed mine two weeks ago and they work well with a passenger. The installation was not bad as long as you don't mind poor directions from Givi. It took longer to relocate the lights and route the wiring than it did to mount the racks. The only error I made on the rack mount was when I put the lower rack support outside the lower body attachment point instead of inside. Once I corrected that, it all fit like a glove. Total install time was about 2.5 hours. Next time, it would take me about 1.5 hours.

I knew they were Givi Hard bags, but did not know that Givi was also selling the mounting kit directly. I saw the kit the Canadian Distributor is making when I was at he factory last year. I guess the only difference is the CanAm kit has the "CanAm" logo on the saddle bag rather than "Givi" logo?

You can buy the Givi bags (as supplied to Can Am) from Motorcycle Accessory Supermarket and most similar shops in OZ. About a year ago Givi stated producing the racks for the Spyder (originally Industries 7 in Canada was the only place you could get racks) and I understand they are also available in Australia now. I used to import racks from Industries 7 but I stopped when the cheaper Givi ones started coming in. See Australian Spyder Ryders

I installed the BRP/GIVI bags on my SE. No problem with installation or bag quality, but I've done some mods for functionality.
I like having the bag mounts quick detach, but the square-tube extensions for the turn signals are sill in the way of removing the side panels. For instance, to get at the battery it's necessary to unplug and unbolt the upper bag mount, which is sort of a PITA.
I reworked the mounts to use the quick detach (quarter turn) fasteners, but I remounted the turn signals to a new rack support I built, and shortened the quick detach mount point so it's inside the plastic. Now, I remove the mounts and the side panel is free for removal. This wasn't an easy modification, but I decided it was worth it.
I did have a bag almost fall off on the freeway. The bag attachment to the mounting tube is via a rotating sleeve. In my case, apparently the sleeve didn't click into a locked position. I was absolutely amazed that the bag was supported entirely by the two lower fasteners, even while waggling around in the breeze. That made me paranoid about the attachment, and I have since constructed an additional security bolt that reliably holds the bag from tilting off.
If I were not mechanically inclined, I could have addressed the issue with the dealer, but I'm not sure what BRP could have done other than to fiddle with the latch or replace it. Even if working flawlessly, I don't think it's a reliable design.
And, the quick detach bag rack should have been designed so that with the rack removed there would be immediate access to the battery without having to unbolt anything.
I don't know of any aftermarket bags or racks that would be better than what BRP/GIVI have come up with, but I hope they will do some redesign in the future.
