Default Red pull handle under seat

Can anyone tell me what the red pull handle "tirer" is under the seat of the 2009 Spyder? Couldn't find it in my manual...Thanks!

It releases the back plate behind the seat so you can take it off and put the BRP passanger back rest on.

Your welcome.........you can also store some really really small items back there.

The reason that the subject does not show up in the owners manual is that the whole assembly is after market. It was the first thing I did after we bought our Spyder and I thought it was a real pain in the rear end to do.

If you fall off; you might want to have her tethered to you! If she sees those bars without your paws on them and grabs ahold; you'll be buying yourself a second Spyder!
