Default Chaps and gloves

I looked at the classifieds, but it doesn't seem people look there - is it ok to post here that I have ladies gloves and chaps for sale?

The chaps are leather, gently worn, and fit a size 6. *cough*cough* Yep, used to be that size... now objects are larger than they appear. Asking $50 for those.

Also have 2 pairs of gloves, both new, size M ladies. One is Olympia and for colder riding temps, the other is Xelement brand and for warmer riding, with the mesh on the back of the hands and fingers. Asking $45 for both pairs.

If you're interested, shoot me an email, or if I can't post this here, let me know mods, thanks!

Sass,
I think that we've all gravitated towards throwing everything into the Active Topics area under whatever heading it lands...
I had to get rid of my last pair of chaps after they shrunk too! It's funny how cowhide will do that...
So are you still "Chapppin' it", or are you going to try another direction for protective gear?

Default Chaps n' gloves etc.

I finally got fed-up with ill-fitting safety gear, so I went in to Helimot's leathers, and got measured for a set of full leathers. (I've never been measured so thoroughly.) I added two ventilation zippers in front, and two in back, for the summer months. I also added extra long zippers for the ankles. I'm spending my kid's inheritance, as the set runs about $2,500. (Ouch) I expect to take delivery the first week in January. I also purchased Gerbing heated gloves.

Black gloss metal flake, powder coated wheels, solo seat cowl, K and N, Juice Box, anti- sway bar, and Two Brothers dual cans. ... Silverwing 600 w/sidecar, Piaggio Mp3 400, Ninja 650r. ... Will trade all, plus 24' motorhome for a Arial Atom.

I'd be TERRIFIED of getting something custom-fitted to my carcass... What if I gained a pound or seven and it no longer fit???
An Ariel Atom... What about KTM's X-Bow??

Thanks, guys - glad I didn't get moved!!

The gloves are gone, but the chaps are still shrinking by the millimeter every night, waiting for a new home.

I've got the mesh gear for summer, and winter gear for cooler temps - haven't worn the leathers since I rode spare on Harleys with a group of friends quite a few years ago. These have just been taking up space in the closet, and I've got less closet than gear.

"Winter Gear"...
I normally just add layers until I can't breathe; and then I remove my socks...
Firstgear makes a fantastic cold-weather suit that I'm going to just have to get eventually. Waterproof too! I considered it when shopping for a rainsuit, but went with a Tourmaster for those duties...
Our seasons are too short to let a little thing like cold weather slow me up anymore!

Waterproof is covered by my Frogg Toggs. I look like the Pillsbury Dough Boy, but I don't care, at least I'm dry!

The First gear suit, has been great for me. Had it for about 9 years now. Haven't felt the cold in years
