Default passenger safety

I went to a meeting of a club we are going to join and the safety officer came up with a question he found on the net.

What can a passenger do if the the driver suffers some kind of medical emergency?

we tried what was suggested, but am wondering what you all think.. I will post what was suggested later

oh other than scream and beat the driver on the head to wake them up ** grins **

I'll be the first to bite...

On the Spyders I think that the old reach around, to the controls that is , may be useful.

kewl.. that's more or less what they said, but they were talking normal bikes

they had no idea what to do on a Spyder

they said passenger reaches around to the kill switch then just as the bike gets ready to dump over they jump

wife reached over my phat body hit the kill switch and even manged to steer the bike

Gee... The first thing that my Missus would do, is dig through the duffel bag that she calls a wallet, find the life insurance policies on me, call the company and tell them to forward the funds to a warm place in the sun...
Oh! Then she'd shoot me juist to make sure!

My missus would grab on to me so I would be the pad on the ground for her.
