Default Helmet bags

well got my Lidsafe helmet bags.

funky deals

I think they will work when the frunk is full

but too bad the cable is not longer so you can wrap it around the suspension or passenger bars and hang both sides on the steering.

IF you don't turn the handle to lock the glove box then you can hang them on the passenger grips and the on the steering, BUT if you turn the wheels to lock the glove box (which I do all the time) then you can only use one side ( we need 2 sides for 2 helmets )

good thing my Corbin arm rests are long cause I can hang the bags on them.

you don't really NEED to hang the bags, but it helps to keep any weather out as the hole is at the bottom.

so now we have frunk storage for helmets, Kuryakin helmet locks and the bags ones..

I think they may be safe now.. no matter where we go and do..hehe

I'd like to see a couple of pictures in them in action...

second set

as you will notice when I hung it on the steering bar it was straight. they won't fit if you have the wheels turned, they will go on the shorter side but not the long one..

since I have Corbin arm rests they will both fir on them with the velcro strap

That DOES look as if it shows some promise... My one concern is; what material is the bag constructed of? Could it resist an idiot with a sharp knife?

the mesh that is inside is stainless steel

the mesh is in between 2 layers of cloth and the cable is a heavy duty one..

looks like it would need cable cutters to cut it

the only weak spot may be where the cable snakes through the bag but I am not sure if there is mesh there also

So, Bob, you gonna ask him to get a knife and give it the ol' one two, test it good for us?

oh I forgot to mention that since most people don't have the Corbin arm rests the bags hang just fine from the passenger hand grips
