Default Tank Bag

Does anyone have a tank bag on their RT and if so do you have the can am bag or another model? I had a tunnel bag on my Burg. and it was awesome. Stored a lot of stuff including my drinks and stupid stuff. Thanks.

I've never paid much attention to this sort of addition; I guess I figured that the RT's bar shape added to the fact that you're steering the bike, would lead to clearance issues...
But if I'm wrong, I'd love to see a picture...

The fairings aren't metal, so a tank bag wouldn't hold on anyway. I had one on my bike before I bought the Spyder, and its in the closet. My purse fits fine in the frunk - haven't seen a need for a tank bag personally. Good luck!

Default Tank Bag

Thanks guys. I was brainstorming with my husband last night and I have a Givi rear seat bag that would work just as well. I have to learn to think "different' with the spyder. It is an awesome ride and i'm loving every minute of it.

How true! The only time that I'm ever within the lines is when I'm crossing them and heading for the weeds on the other side oft he road!

I'm totally loving this ride. Inside or outside the box it's awesome. Just can't believe I waited this long.

It's scary how you don't know what you're missing until you find it!

Ditto that, ghostwriter!

If you're still brainstorming about a tank bag, you may want to think about magnets underneath the fairings. I don't know what else that might interfere with, but its a place to start.
