3500 rpm buzz 47 to 53 mph
For about a year I would get this buzz at 47 to 53 mph or about 3500 rpms and it was driving me crazy I had asked the tech a few times to check this out but he could not find what was doing it. also it didn't happen all the time but enough that it would really piss you off. Well the other day while riding for about 2 hours it was doing it quite often this buzz would go right through the bike. Just by chance I had put my hand under the handle bars under the rubber flap where the ignition cylinder is and notice the cable that opens the front lid was vibrating I moved the cable over slightly and the buzz disappeared I'm thinking NO WAY this can be it, drove another hour and could not get the buzz to happen But that was the problem Just wanted to pass this along if others are having a similar problem with and unknown problem with a mystery buzz.
