MY 2008 SE5 does it too.
I've had my SE5 for about 3 weeks and noticed it right away. Sometimes, when I stop at a light (flat surface) I can release the brake and the bike doesn't move. However on many occasions, If I don't hold down the brake my bike starts to move pretty quickly. I've done a few "tests" and have stopped with no one in front of me and released the brake... my bike will go up to 15 MPH with out any acceleration.
