I agree 100% with Irish2themax (I'm Irish too).
Two things are a must...
1)Handlebar Risers
2)Highway Pegs (or floor boards)
3)Maybe a new seat.
Do the mods and make adjustments on shorter rides (100-200 miles) BEFORE your big trip.
