I spoke with Mosez (pronounced like Moses in the Bible) at D&M Southside Motorcycle Maintenance (in Cincinnati, OH) today and what Spyder Man is taking about is D&M fabricated a custom mechanical braking system that uses the existing foot pedal, but is actuated by hand. It is all mechanical, and the brake is located on the left or right side near the drivers knee.
D&M is in the process of applying for a patent, so no pictures yet.
I did a Bing Search, and this appears to be his shop location, Spyder Man, if this is incorrect, please let us know.
